She set up and helped me run a garage sale, found local college students to do yard cleanup as well as an electrician and handymen/painters to update the interior. She has a great eye for color schemes and knows what is appealing to buyers in the area. In addition, she brought in two "stagers" to give advice, listened to my ideas, and worked with me on my scheduling so that everything came together smoothly. I had already left the area when my house went on the market and she kept me well-informed and executed the sale efficiently and in a timely manner. Jane is not only a dedicated, efficient and knowledgeable real estate agent, she is also a kind person and I am lucky to be able to count her as a friend.
