Garrett and Martha exceeded all my expectations based on prior experiences with realtors. They were courteous, timely, and communicated well. They coordinated inspections, repair work, cleaning, and staging of my house (all besides repairs were included with their fee at closing and didn't cost extra). Part of the process occurred while I was out of state which did not impact how efficient they worked for us. In they end my home sold for well above asking price and in under a week. I attribute this almost entirely to Garrett and Martha's efforts. TLDR; Garrett facilitated my home sale with great efficiency and it sold much faster and for more than my most optimistic expectations. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Laarni was very satisfying. - She showed us properties based on our specifications, i.e., 2 bedrooms, with 2-bathroom condo in Hercules, CA. -She knew the specific neighborhood well and understood local prices. We informed Laarni that we will pay Cash and does not need mortgage (financing) to purchase our home. -She was always quick to return our calls and texts /email us back quickly to provide us information we asked for and clarifications on certain issues. -Laarni made buying our home easy and less stressful. -She, also, walked us through the process of filling out the online e-approvals and therefore, the escrow was accomplished within a very short period of time.
