Derek helped my gf and I to buy our first home few weeks ago. He was very easy to work with. We had a limited budget, but we were able to find a house that fits our needs with Derek's help. We went in with our best offer, and Derek was able to negotiate a price reduction after we found some issues on the house during the inspection period. Derek did all the background work for us. I recently purchased my first home with Jaime and I strongly recommend him. He was consistently very knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and was an advocate for his client all while being flexible with his schedule and time (e.g., weekends / evenings). I had worked with four other realtors at different degrees and none met the same qualities that Jaime has. Jaime was also very accommodating with his time early on in my home search when I was transparent that I did not have a pre-approval yet and I never felt that I was not a priority to him. When it came to the house I ended up buying, Jaime did a tremendous job of guiding me through the process while ensuring that I was satisfied and assured throughout. There was a leak we found after we had opened escrow and were moving towards close and Jaime worked with the sellers to ensure that everything was restored to my satisfaction.
