Derek helped my gf and I to buy our first home few weeks ago. He was very easy to work with. We had a limited budget, but we were able to find a house that fits our needs with Derek's help. We went in with our best offer, and Derek was able to negotiate a price reduction after we found some issues on the house during the inspection period. Derek did all the background work for us. All we did was the read and sign some papers. :) We would recommend Derek to any of my families and friends looking to buy or sell.
