Diane did a superb job in orchestrating the sale of my (91-year old) aunt's condo in South San Francisco. This after my aunt had already moved to Ohio. Diane managed the entire process in SSF - listing, staging, repairs, junk removal, required documentation, and the negotiation of mutiple offers. AND, she patiently managed the (voluminous) paperwork/disclosures requiring seller signatures though over 2,400 miles away

We moved from Virginia to California on a few months notice. We tried another realtor that did not listen to what our wants and needs were, so we continued looking and luckily found Diane about a week later. Diane is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! She listened to our wants and needs and even managed to keep me on track when I got overly excited about a home that had nothing we were actually looking for. HA! My husband was able to come to California for a few days and she took him to all the homes on our list. She was honest and extremely personable! We ended up putting an offer on a home that we were only able to see online, as it was available after my husband returned to Virginia. Diane was our advocate while we were out of state and made herself available to my multitude of questions and extremely patient with me with paperwork. Diane felt like an immediate part of the family. We highly recommend her for all of your buying and selling needs and if we ever move again, she will be the very first phone call!!!!!
