This was our second time using Bret to sell properties. First a condo in Redwood Shores, and now our primary residence and a rental condo. Bret is very knowledgeable about the market conditions and the other similar houses for sale in the area. Very helpful throughout the process and kept us informed every step of the process. Listens to our concerns and always worked to make sure we were comfortable and well informed.

He made arrangements to get our condo ready that included retaining a cleaning company to have the place cleaned, finding a handyman to perform minor repairs, hiring a staging company to stage the condo to our specifications, and coordinating all the logistics of listing and the sales. Overall, Bret was truly wonderful and had made the process of selling a condo remotely much more pleasant, seamless, and beyond our expectations. We are most singularly impressed by his closed loop communication and attention to detail which are a rarity.
