Bret provided fantastic service to me as I prepared to sell my home and throughout the entire process. I had a bit of cosmetic work done to prepare my home for sale and he advised and negotiated with the construction team to ensure every detail of my home was done with the high standards we expected of the crew. He communicated with me on a frequent basis, and any call or text from me was always returned promptly. He had a very good eye for detail and would often bring attention to things I had not considered, which helped the process along and certainly contributed to the fact that my home was sold for top dollar. If I needed someone to check on the property or even take the recycle bins to the curb, Bret was there. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me prepare and sell my home.
