This was our second time using Bret to sell properties. First a condo in Redwood Shores, and now our primary residence and a rental condo. Bret is very knowledgeable about the market conditions and the other similar houses for sale in the area. Very helpful throughout the process and kept us informed every step of the process. Listens to our concerns and always worked to make sure we were comfortable and well informed.

We decided on Bret Evans to represent us as our listing agent after interviewing three other realtors and speaking with three of his previous clients which he provided to us as references. Bret impressed us by his professionalism, sincerity, and experience. He was communicative, resourceful, dependable, and conscientious in the entire process. He made arrangements to get our condo ready that included retaining a cleaning company to have the place cleaned, finding a handyman to perform minor repairs, hiring a staging company to stage the condo to our specifications, and coordinating all the logistics of listing and the sales. Overall, Bret was truly wonderful and had made the process of selling a condo remotely much more pleasant, seamless, and beyond our expectations. We are most singularly impressed by his closed loop communication and attention to detail which are a rarity. We want to recognize Bret for making the best effort to help his clients and definitely recommend him highly to others without any reservations. Bret provided fantastic service to me as I prepared to sell my home and throughout the entire process. I had a bit of cosmetic work done to prepare my home for sale and he advised and negotiated with the construction team to ensure every detail of my home was done with the high standards we expected of the crew. He communicated with me on a frequent basis, and any call or text from me was always returned promptly. He had a very good eye for detail and would often bring attention to things I had not considered, which helped the process along and certainly contributed to the fact that my home was sold for top dollar.
