Before making an appointment to see a Dan's listing, Dan assured me that if I sent all my documents upfront and if I liked the home, I could have it. After viewing the home, I was the fist one to express wanting the home and Dan asked me to provide more documentation: complete credit report and bank statements (Well qualified: credit score of over 800 and income is in the top 1%). However, when I didn't hear back from Dan for several days, I followed up to ask about next steps, but Dan sent me a text to say the home went to someone else. Dan did not handle the situation professionally; left me with a bad experience of being mislead and marginalized. I'd wouldn't say Dan is dishonest, but his approach was all but so.
