We decided on Bret Evans to represent us as our listing agent after interviewing three other realtors and speaking with three of his previous clients which he provided to us as references. Bret impressed us by his professionalism, sincerity, and experience. He was communicative, resourceful, dependable, and conscientious in the entire process. He made arrangements to get our condo ready that included retaining a cleaning company to have the place cleaned, finding a handyman to perform minor repairs, hiring a staging company to stage the condo to our specifications, and coordinating all the logistics of listing and the sales. Overall, Bret was truly wonderful and had made the process of selling a condo remotely much more pleasant, seamless, and beyond our expectations. We are most singularly impressed by his closed loop communication and attention to detail which are a rarity. We want to recognize Bret for making the best effort to help his clients and definitely recommend him highly to others without any reservations.
