As first-time buyers, my husband and I had little to zero knowledge about how to find or purchase a home, but Julie was there for us every step of the way, offering market insights, expert advice, and encouragement. Leave it to us to embark on the most complex transaction ever! Through months of negotiations, unexpected challenges, and what felt like a million moving parts, Julie showed up for us every day in every way. She consistently found creative solutions to keep the process moving forward, and there was no question too small or worry too big—she was approachable, supportive, and always took care to address our concerns. I have no doubt that we would not have been able to close without her persistence and skill. We are so grateful for Julie’s dedication and recommend her without hesitation to anyone for any real estate transaction, big or small.

I never thought selling could be so easy, especially because I'm an out of town seller. I first used Durwin to purchase my condo. He gave me guidance on how to structure a strong aggressive offer...needless to say it was accepted. Couple of years later, Durwin helped me sell it. We walked through the condo several times together. Each time he gave me advice on how best to stage it, what items to repair or replace. Local trades I can use for cleaning and repairs. I took his advice and used his referrals and the condo sold in the first week...multiple offers with several over asking. I highly recommend him. I would use him again for my next bay area purchase!
