I never thought selling could be so easy...

I never thought selling could be so easy, especially because I'm an out of town seller. I first used Durwin to purchase my condo. He gave me guidance on how to structure a strong aggressive offer...needless to say it was accepted. Couple of years later, Durwin helped me sell it. We walked through the condo several times together. Each time he gave me advice on how best to stage it, what items to repair or replace. Local trades I can use for cleaning and repairs. I took his advice and used his referrals and the condo sold in the first week...multiple offers with several over asking. I highly recommend him. I would use him again for my next bay area purchase!
