Amanda and her team have been nothing short of amazing. She represented us on the purchase of our Pacific Heights home, providing guidance that only someone with her level of experience can provide. The COVID-19 outbreak started shortly after listing our home, and we unexpectedly ended up in a remote situation for several months. In short, despite the headwinds of a dwindling buyer pool, rising interest rates and a home in dire need of repairs, the Wiley team produced a sale that was above the asking price and very close to an independent MAI appraisal completed one year ago. Jenny did a great job getting our house sold despite the high asking price and at the height of the pandemic (June 2020) even though all our open houses were cancelled. She was particularly effective structuring a complex compromise to bridge price gap between me and my buyer. As expected and required, she also played an integral role in preparing the home for sale including solicitation of contractors, stagers and repairs. I would highly recommend Jenny to other sellers.
