High End Home Sold at Height of Pandemic
Jenny did a great job getting our house sold despite the high asking price and at the height of the pandemic (June 2020) even though all our open houses were cancelled. She was particularly effective structuring a complex compromise to bridge price gap between me and my buyer. As expected and required, she also played an integral role in preparing the home for sale including solicitation of contractors, stagers and repairs. I would highly recommend Jenny to other sellers.
