We were selling our house from out of town and needed to refurbish and prep it to sell in a short time window and she enthusiastically joined in the challenge. She referred us to wonderful local trades people and when she called they responded to us immediately in spite of their busy schedules. She also volunteered to fill in when we weren’t in town coordinating with trade people and she even stopped by regularly to check on irrigation of our landscaping. When the house was ready she also did an outstanding job of listing, marketing and showing our property and she wisely advised us on evaluating and accepting offers when they came in. Overall, we were extremely please working with Arleen and are sure there is no way we could have met our goals so quickly and successfully without her fantastic knowledge and assistance She has our highest recommendation.
