Claudia did an incredible job helping me sell my Aunt's condo in Del Mesa Carmel. She knows the market really well and has a dominate position in selling properties in that community. Claudia advised me on what needed to be done to prepare the condo for sale, oversaw all contractors that helped get the condo ready, and coordinated the staging of the condo. It came out really well and made for a highly desirable property for sale. I can't say enough about how helpful Claudia was in setting pricing and worked diligently to sell the house. She had open houses regularly and brought several potential buyers to the table. We had several people backout for various personal reasons, but she hung in there and brought me a highly qualified buyer. She was on both sides of the sale and handled the interaction with both parties in a very professional manner. Her communication throughout the listing and sales process was excellent. I would use Claudia to sell my property without hesitation.
