Mike Kelly was our agent for our first home purchase. His level of communication and support was out of this world! Having never experienced the process of buying real estate, we had a lot of questions that Mike answered with the utmost diplomacy. He never pushed us in any one direction, he just presented us with facts and allowed us time to process and decide for ourselves. He got us scheduled to view properties super quick, and made submitting offers so easy because everything was done online. When we finally found the home we really wanted, Mike was quick to line everything up - during the week of Thanksgiving!!! His quick response is, in my opinion, the only reason our offer was accepted and we were able to close on our property (that we absolutely love)! Being that this was our first home purchase, we didn't know what to try to negotiate or really even how to advocate for ourselves, but Mike had our backs the whole way and was able to incorporate some very advantageous negotiations that we would have never known of or thought to ask for. Even after we closed and had moved in, Mike called to check in and wanted to make sure we knew he is still here for us and to contact him anytime we have questions or concerns. Honestly, I can't say enough good things, and I have zero reservations in recommending and encouraging anyone who is looking for a realtor to contact Mike Kelly!
