Juan is very experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate field. When we first met Juan at one of his open houses in the neighborhood. He was very kind and receptive and we wanted some helpful tips in starting the process of putting our home on the market. This was in June. He crunched the numbers and explained what signing with an agent meant. A few months passed by as we were preparing our home for the market. Juan was very understanding about our timing. Juan was diligent about marketing our home, and doing open houses. We closed escrow on 12/1/25. It would have been sooner but due to the holiday. It was delayed a few days. We couldn’t have been happier choosing Juan as our realtor. We are planning to relocate to another state and we asked Juan if he could recommend a realtor in another state. He did some investigating and connected us with a reputable realtor. I would highly recommend Juan as a realtor, whether buying or selling. You will be very pleased.
