Juan is very experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate field. When we first met Juan at one of his open houses in the neighborhood. He was very kind and receptive and we wanted some helpful tips in starting the process of putting our home on the market. This was in June. He crunched the numbers and explained what signing with an agent meant. A few months passed by as we were preparing our home for the market. Juan was very understanding about our timing. All along our journey of selling our home. He took the time to explain things. You can see the compassion he has for his clients. The time came and we were ready to put the home on the market. Juan was diligent about marketing our home, and doing open houses. We closed escrow on 12/1/25. It would have been sooner but due to the holiday. It was delayed a few days. We couldn’t have been happier choosing Juan as our realtor. We are planning to relocate to another state and we asked Juan if he could recommend a realtor in another state. He did some investigating and connected us with a reputable realtor. I would highly recommend Juan as a realtor, whether buying or selling. You will be very pleased.

Juan was very proactive in getting our dad's house sold, making up flyers and passing them out in the neighborhood, holding open houses for prospective buyers to come by and see the home and being available to show the home whenever someone was interested. He knew the market in the area and helped us to navigate the counter offer and sale process. In a market that was headed down at the time, he didn't loose faith and kept working to sell the house at very good price. Us being from out of town, Juan was available to meet various inspectors and take care of EVERYTHING so that we didn't need to travel to the home site for anything. We are so glad we asked Juan to be our real estate agent.
