I would 100% recommend Amber as a buyer's agent! She knows all the right people in Pacific Grove to make both the offer and post-offer processes go smoothly - for us that included working with the listing agent, a property manager, city permits, insurance, and finance. No matter what the issue was, I could ask Amber to help take care of it and I just never had to worry that things were going to work out even though we live a couple hours away. And plus, she is just a really nice person. Recommended!
