We were first time home buyers with a budget in the coastal California market. We went into the home buying process somewhat doubtful that we could find a home in our price range and that would meet our needs. After several viewings that weren’t quite right, Chris sent us a property he noticed had been on the market but recently taken off. We looked at the photos and description online and it aligned with all we were looking for. Chris asked us if we wanted him to go knock on the home owners door to see if they were thinking about relisting…. not only were they planning to relist they were keen on an off market transaction. Chris was incredibly professional, fair, thoughtful and efficient throughout the entire process between us and the sellers.
