Before I met Sal, I did not know anything about real estate. I approached him informing him that I was interested in learning about how I could potentially purchase a property. A few months after talking to Sal and after looking at and offering on multiple houses, I was in escrow on a property that I thought was, "the one". However, events occurred that led to me not being able to purchase that property. After this, I told Sal I needed time to reevaluate my plan. Months later after looking at more properties I found a house that was perfectly suited for my needs and desires. Throughout the process of buying a home, Sal maintained great communication and he demonstrated a strong knowledge of the market. Sal made me feel safe and no question that I asked him was ever considered dumb. Anytime that I asked Sal to do something, he did it instantly. Sal made the process of buying a home super fun. I am happy to have a home, but I am also sad that the adventure of looking for a home with Sal is over. I look forward to working with him in the future.
