Sal Ruiz

Before I met Sal, I did not know anything about real estate. I approached him informing him that I was interested in learning about how I could potentially purchase a property. He directed me to a lender who informed me of my purchasing power given my income to debt ratio and then the adventure for house hunting began. Sal was very patient with me throughout the process. A few months after talking to Sal and after looking at and offering on multiple houses, I was in escrow on a property that I thought was, "the one". However, events occurred that led to me not being able to purchase that property. After this, I told Sal I needed time to reevaluate my plan. Months later after looking at more properties I found a house that was perfectly suited for my needs and desires. Throughout the process of buying a home, Sal maintained great communication and he demonstrated a strong knowledge of the market. Sal made me feel safe and no question that I asked him was ever considered dumb. Anytime that I asked Sal to do something, he did it instantly. Sal made the process of buying a home super fun. I am happy to have a home, but I am also sad that the adventure of looking for a home with Sal is over. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Sal has been our realtor for over 23 years. He helped us purchase our first starter home and later sell that one at a profit. He then helped us find the wonderful home we raised our children in, sell that one at a profit and recently purchase our forever dream home... all while being very intuitive and sensitive to our needs. Sal truly wants his clients to be happy with their real estate choices and is very patient about finding the exact match for both buying and selling. It took us a while of hunting to find our dream home... he was very responsive and patient and we never felt pressure to make any decisions, even after him showing us home after home. Once we did find the perfect home, Sal was highly responsive and jumped on it to make it happen, while being very ethical and positive. Can't recommend him enough!
