My husband and I met Sam and his associate Doug at an open house several years ago. We had been looking for a single story home for quite sometime but did not have an agent. We took an instant liking to Sam and Doug. But we dealt mainly with Sam. They both came to our home when their open house was over to give us their thoughts on what we should sell it for. Since we had lived there more then 30 yrs, we weren’t sure of its value. They told us our home was beautiful and that we would have no problem selling it. We were looking for a single story home only as we both have bad knees. ??. After looking at what seemed to be hundreds of homes and five years later, ( yes that’s how long it took us to find our perfect forever home ) . We finally got exactly what we wanted. During that 5 yr. looking process, Sam was amazing. I was constantly calling and asking him to show us properties. And he always accommodated us. And believe me, we ran him through the ringer. And he always managed to keep a smile on his face as well as a very positive attitude. I wanted to give up looking so many times. Sam just kept encouraging us to hang in there and be patient. He said when we found the right home we would know it and that he wasn’t going anywhere. So like I said, we looked for more then 5 yrs and then one day, we walked into this house and immediately knew we were home. Sam said we have the record for having the largest file In is office. Lol.?? The purchase and the sale of our homes couldn’t have gone better. Sam and his team went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, and it did.
