My husband and I met Sam and his associate Doug at an open house several years ago. We had been looking for a single story home for quite sometime but did not have an agent. We took an instant liking to Sam and Doug. But we dealt mainly with Sam. They both came to our home when their open house was over to give us their thoughts on what we should sell it for. He said when we found the right home we would know it and that he wasn’t going anywhere. So like I said, we looked for more then 5 yrs and then one day, we walked into this house and immediately knew we were home. Sam said we have the record for having the largest file In is office. Lol.?? The purchase and the sale of our homes couldn’t have gone better. Sam and his team went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, and it did.
