Working with Juan throughout the sale of my home was a great experience from start to finsih. Selling a home can already be stressful, and in my situation there were a lot of moving pieces, but Juan was always available to answer my questions, explain what was happening, and help me understand my options before making any decisions. One thing I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured. Juan gave me his professional opinion on pricing, offers, negotiations, and overall market, but ultimately made sure I was comfortable with every decision I made. When I received an offer, he helped me work through the details and negotiate terms that made sense, eventually getting the home sold! His communication and professionalism throughout escrow were excellent. Anytime something came up, he stayed on top of it and made sure I knew what the next step was. What stood out most was how responsive, knowledgeablem and consistent he was througjout the entire process. I always felt informed and confident in the direction we were heading, and I would absolutely recommend Juan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Never did we have to question what was next , always had answer for situations, communication was excellent, this was a difficult sale and many things COULD have gone wrong but Tom was ahead on the game . Highly recommended!
