With her suggestions, we were able to close the transaction with a price that all parties were very happy with. I recently made the decision to move out of state which involved selling my home in Corona, Ca. I contacted Andrea Plum to advise and assist me with the process. Prior to contacting Andrea I had contacted a person who was recommended by a friend . This person offered me a price of $200,000 less than what Andrea listed my home for. Before we could list my house it needed several repairs. Andrea facilitated this process by finding contractors to make the necessary repairs. The contractors were very professional and helpful as I made my move. Since I did not have excess funds to make the repairs, Andrea suggested that I use a program called Concierge to borrow funds for these repairs and which would later be paid when I closed my home. Andrea even came and helped me pack for my move. She always had my back. She even worked with a realtor in the area I was moving to facilitate a home purchase. This was well above her duties. Since the new purchase was contingent on the sale of my Corona home, Andrea worked hard to find buyers so that I could purchase my new home and meet the requirements of my purchase. I highly recommend Andrea. She is very professional and genuinely devoted to assisting her clients in any way possible. Even today I still contact her for real estate advice. I completely trust her to give me the correct and best advice.

Hello, This review is for my realtor Andrea Plum. She was my realtor for about two years as I had a very complicated divorce. She helped me sell two homes and buy a new home for myself and my two adult children. I met her when the divorce proceedings began at an open house she was hosting. The homes for sale were in Palm Springs and she was willing to help although she is based in Orange County. She had good ideas and worked well with both parties. It is and hour and 1/2 drive from Orange County to Palm Springs. She was willing to help with all aspects and helped in all areas including design, and making the home look good . The home I have now is great for my family. I love the location and it made the adjustment easier. She was aware of my financial issues and worked well within my budget. She was very positive and professional.

I met Andrea through a mutual contact and she was so great to work with from beginning to end. Andrea and I began communicating a year before my husband and I were even ready to buy. She was so patient and knowledgeable regarding all the questions we had about the current market and the home buying process. The process of buying a home was very overwhelming to us, but Andrea made the process very easy. Every time we met to look at house we felt like we were spending the day with a close friend, as opposed to somebody who just wanted to sell us a home, make their commission, and split. If we saw a home we thought we liked, she was very helpful in guiding us as to how that home would work for our budget/future plan. I met Andrea at an open house, after which she became my realtor in my house hunt. I had been using a different one before, and felt they weren't giving me the best advice, however Andrea was very involved right from the start, working hard on my behalf and even motivating me to forge ahead when the hunt became overwhelming, or frustrating, or discouraging as it often does. She put up with a lot; I can be difficult to work with, but she always met that challenge with understanding, good nature and aplomb, not to mention a deep understanding of the process, and I ended up with the perfect house for me. It was a pleasure to work with her, and I couldn't be happier with the house.
