She dealt with stressful situations quite well; even one caused by a historical and unreasonable client (I had a moment). I can not say enough good things regarding his character, professionalism, knowledge and patience. Brian also has teachable sessions where he wants to ensure that his clients have full knowledge of the process and setting expectations. He helped us refinance our home while looking for our second home. I'm happy to say that we're now in a position to rent our 1st home and have closed on our second/forever/dream home with a jumbo loan. We couldn't have done it without Brian. It was a complicated process with the bank and negotiating with the seller.
