First and foremost, Brian and his team at Brown House Realty are good and trustworthy people above all else which is hard to find. I can not say enough good things regarding his character, professionalism, knowledge and patience. Brian also has teachable sessions where he wants to ensure that his clients have full knowledge of the process and setting expectations. He helped us refinance our home while looking for our second home. I'm happy to say that we're now in a position to rent our 1st home and have closed on our second/forever/dream home with a jumbo loan. We couldn't have done it without Brian. It was a complicated process with the bank and negotiating with the seller. We were ready to throw in the towel many times but Brian helped talk us off of the ledge with encouraging words...throughout all of it. His communication skills and customer service is top notch.
