Krissy walked us through what could of been a very stressful and difficult transaction in the sale of our home. We had an offer from a buyer who also needed to sell their home and we also had 6 other offers to consider. The buyer we chose offered a considerable amount higher than the other offers. Krissy presented it to us with spread sheets showing each offer that was very clear and organized. She broke it down for us so we could see the plus and minuses of each offer and we ultimately did decide to take the offer from the buyer that was contingent on the sale of their home. Risky but Krissy had multiple back up offers in place so we went on with some fear but it ended up being so stress free we were amazed. Krissy was amazing in every way and we closed without anything going wrong. Yes… we recommend Krissy for any Real Estate transaction. She’s litterally the Best!!!

We ended up looking at 39 houses before we finally found our house. Through it all Krissy was cheerful, professional, and helpful in getting us into the home we wanted. She kept us informed when things went well, and she did not shy away from telling us when we had challenges with some of the houses we liked that suddenly sold for crazy high amounts. She is exactly the sort of agent/person you want on your side when you are looking for your new home and if I ever buy another house here she will be my agent for sure.

Kristina is one of the best real estate agents we have ever come across. She was recommended by a friend. We wanted to sell our parents home.
