Having once been in Residential Real Estate, I know the average agent leaves a lot to be desired; not only in competence, but in professionalism. Vern sold a property for me that was challenging: needed a lot of repairs, had a time urgency, and was remote to me (I live in AZ). I couldn't be happier with the results, and how I was treated by Vern and his team. Can't recommend highly enough.

We luckily found Denise because she was selling another home in our Lakeside neighborhood (in 2017). She sold the house quickly. We then asked her to sell another more challenging property. She sold this quickly too (this year in 2020)! I highly recommend Denise. She is a pleasure to work with and is honest.
