We cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt O’Brien. He truly is the best real estate agent we could have asked for. My parents worked with Matt when they purchased their home and spoke so highly of him that we knew we wanted to work with him too. Still, we did not fully understand just how exceptional he is until we went through the process ourselves. Our home search was not simple. We went through multiple scenarios and changing priorities. At first, we were trying to find a home where we could live with my aging parents. Then we shifted to finding a home just for our family, while still planning for future accommodations for them. On top of that, we had very specific requirements, including feng shui. We paid close attention to layout, flow, and door alignment, things most buyers probably never even consider. Through it all, Matt never once complained. He just rolled with it and probably learned more about feng shui than he ever expected. Matt was incredibly patient, flexible, and supportive. No matter how many times we changed direction, he stayed focused on helping us find what was truly right for us. When we felt ready to just pick something, he would slow us down and talk things through. He was always looking out for us. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and made himself available whenever we needed him, often arranging same day showings. We will never forget the weekend he showed us 10 homes in one day. What truly sets Matt apart is his integrity. He never pushed us. In fact, he sometimes advised us against homes that did not fully make sense for us. That honesty is rare. Even after the sale, he continues to offer help and is always available for questions. Matt is simply a wonderful person. He is kind, easygoing, and has a great sense of humor. Spending time with him never felt like a transaction. It felt like working with a trusted friend. He is truly someone you want to keep in your life even after the process is over.
