My parents who are in their late eighties needed to sell their senior community home after a sudden move to Assisted Living. They clearly knew the market well and the nuances of getting to closing. Bryan recommended a contractor to do some sprucing up of the property and provided a packing service company to assist with cleaning out my parent’s home and getting everything ready for the move. As the sale dragged on due to some unforeseen circumstances, Bryan made sure our buyer would hang in there. In the end, working with Bryan and his team was a wonderful experience and I would be happy to use his services again when needed. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
