When we met Raffe after looking on our own for several months, we honestly thought we were a lost cause... but Raffe was determined to find the perfect house for us. Righ off the bat, Raffe showed us his hard work ethic when he set up 15 showings for us over a holiday weekend! In total, we looked at 30+ houses with Raffe...and with two small children! And sure enough after three weeks, we had put in 4 offers and found our dream home in 3 short weeks. As first time home buyers, Raffe was present and worked tirelessly during escrow....he had our best interest at heart. I never had to worry when he had to negotiate with the buyer's agent. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family!

Raffe was personable, knowledgeable, and realistic. Understands buyers needs and advocates respectfully to get the sale to completion, while offering viable solutions and resources. Appreciated his support along the journey.

I can’t recommend Raffe highly enough. From start to finish, he truly went above and beyond to make the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. He knew exactly how to price my home to sell quickly, and even better, it sold for more than I ever expected. Raffe was always quick to answer my questions, explained every step clearly, and expertly guided me through negotiations and counteroffers so I never felt overwhelmed. What really set him apart was how much he genuinely cared—he took the stress out of selling my home and made me feel confident the whole way through. As a final thoughtful touch, he even brought a welcome gift when I moved into my new place. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated real estate agent, Raffe is the one you want on your side.
