Mike could not have provided better service! We sold our home due to an out-of-state job relocation and our stress levels at leaving our home state were already high. Add to that the stress of selling a home we loved and it could have been a horrible experience. Mike held our hands through the entire process and was a calming force. He was knowledgeable, professional, caring, and most of all honest. We really did feel that he was on our side and protecting our interests. Michael did an excellent job of selling my home. The home was a rental property and that brought it's own series of complications. Michael was able to masterfully navigate through the difficulties of dealing with the tenant and the property manager. Even though the property was in Temecula, Michael gave me the same level of dedication he provided his San Diego area clients. Michael answered all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. I plan on using Michael to purchase a home in the future and I would highly recommend his services.
