Shortly after purchasing the land with the plan to start building my dream home over the next several years, I received notice that the house I was renting was being sold!!!! Oh nooooo! So, Michele helped me purchase another property, this time with a complete house on it!!! And I love it!!!!! But, that pesky firehose was even bigger this time, but again, Michele held my hand through the whole scary process and now I have a beautiful home plus a dream lot and both have been gaining in value!!!! Finally, Rina helped guide us through the final negotiation with the seller following the inspection findings, and this was an important nuance of the buying process that went well. Her advice was priceless. Rina is personable, easy to work with, and made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend her.
