She effectively managed the entire process and made it much easier for my wife and I to progress through the home purchase. Rina connected well with the seller's agent, and we submitted a back-up offer in case the initial buyer fell out of escrow, which is exactly what happened. She helped guide us to provide a revised offer and was persistent with the seller's agent to position us to be selected among several prospective buyers. This worked perfectly. Once the offer was accepted and we went into Escrow, Rina provided us with the perfect lender, who provided an extremely good mortgage rate, and then guided us through the inspection process, where she had a list of contractors for every inspection - termite, mold, chimney, electrical, plumbing and general inspection. This was invaluable. Finally, Rina helped guide us through the final negotiation with the seller following the inspection findings, and this was an important nuance of the buying process that went well. Her advice was priceless. Rina is personable, easy to work with, and made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend her.
