Working with Julie Urquhart Anguiano was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me and my elderly parents sell our home and finding the perfect buyer to assume our low interest VA loan. What really stood out was Julie's communication - we never felt out of the loop. She answered every question quickly and she took care of things we hadn't even thought about. She made me feel that my parents were in very capable, caring hands. I couldn't be there for all the transactions - Julie showed up for everything. Her caring nature coupled with her knowledge of the real estate market made the entire process less stressful for all of us. Julie arranged for staging, junk hail removal, cleaner - she took care of everything and she was in constant contact with me or my parents. Thank to Julie's hard work and dedication, we found the perfect buyer. I cannot recommend her highly enough- even if it is for yourself and elderly parents aren't involved, she will take care of you and treat you like you are her only client.

We met Robert at an open house a few months prior to signing with him. We had about 6-8 realtor interviews but he stood out as a man of God, Family and fashion! He assisted us with a sell of our condo and purchase of our home. In the beginning, we felt some buying pressure, however he would always ask questions and seek to understand our point of view. As we built rapport, we built trust as Robert provided as many explanations needed, to help us understand the time sensitivity of a contingency purchase. While he never claimed to be an expert in our city, he is industry knowledgeable and resourceful. He not only listened to us but he listened to our 6yo daughter who also had her own list of deal breakers. We had alot of personal delays but he remained encouraging and understanding along the way. It took longer than expected for us to find a suitable replacement property but he remained patient and we all kept the faith! Blessings

I wish there was 10 stars. Krista is an incredible agent and person. She held a successful open house first weekend in March 2020, within 24 hours we had offer, bam escrow and we just closed escrow last week. We sold at listing price. Wahoo. My past experience with Realtors has not been so positive. What makes Krista super easy to work with is she keeps constant communication, explains the process, responsive to calls, texts and emails, most importantly she is honest and completely trustworthy. She is a woman of her word. Any obstacle that arises, she works right through with success. In the early stages of listing the home (End of Feb 2020) my father unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. Krista was immediately sensitive to my situation and took care of everything. I had a difficult property manager managing the home and Krista worked through those issues and kept a positive and open communication with the tenants. I appreciate her taking charge of everything and working through the challenges that came along the way. She's excellent at problem solving, so I didn't have to worry one bit. She handles EVERYTHING. I'm so grateful for Krista and her wonderful team for patiently working with me and selling our home. I'm all about customer service and let me tell you, this is a TOP CLASS agent. I had lots of questions along the way and she never made me feel like I was bothering her or they were dumb questions. I do want to share that she has a strong knowledge of the market and industry in general. She shared when the best time to sell and the process and it worked out fantastically. She earned my trust many years ago and she will be my to go to Agent forever. Krista, thank you for making this a stress free experience. I highly highly recommend.
