We met Robert at an open house a few months prior to signing with him. We had about 6-8 realtor interviews but he stood out as a man of God, Family and fashion! He assisted us with a sell of our condo and purchase of our home. In the beginning, we felt some buying pressure, however he would always ask questions and seek to understand our point of view. As we built rapport, we built trust as Robert provided as many explanations needed, to help us understand the time sensitivity of a contingency purchase. While he never claimed to be an expert in our city, he is industry knowledgeable and resourceful. He not only listened to us but he listened to our 6yo daughter who also had her own list of deal breakers. We had alot of personal delays but he remained encouraging and understanding along the way. It took longer than expected for us to find a suitable replacement property but he remained patient and we all kept the faith! Blessings
