From the minute I signed with Debbie to the close of escrow, she was the full professional, rich with the valuable info you only get from tons of experience. I worked in title and escrow for a bit, and i was glad to have her in charge of getting the place sold. She knew precisely what was needed when, and the connections to other well experienced professionals to get the staging, photography, minor repairs and clean up all done for an amazing presentation. Mine was one of four exact duplicate floor plan condos, as well as a handful of similar condos for sale in my city at the beginning of summer and it's mid July and mine's closed and most of the others still avail! (And she insisted pricing at market, i was not expecting to.) It out shined all the others in many ways. And she held multiple open houses even tho she lived well out of the area! She represented my interests well with title and escrow and was consistent in updating with progress or issues without additional drama or stress.
