My husband and I were SO fortunate to connect with Rachael when we were selling our first home. LET ME TELL YOU. She went above and absolutely BEYOND. 10 stars would be an understatement. We moved out of the country while our home was on the market. We kept having roofing/deck leak issues; amidst COVID-19, Rachael and her team were at the house for every appointment. She had her handyman come repair blinds, had multiple bids on outdoor furniture to be staged (her contacts were FABULOUS), coordinated the movers + shippers to pack up our home (it was a BIG MOVE.), went to our storage unit, shipped us packages we were still receiving, had the carpet + couches cleaned in the nick of time (again, during COVID-19!) took out the garbage cans & brought them back in and that’s not even HALF of the work her and her team did for us. Her photographer + videographer were ALSO AMAZING & I will cherish the photos they captured for her listing of our first home, forever. She was in constant communication with us regarding all of the moving parts that encompassed moving + selling + packing and everything in between. We truly cannot imagine working with anyone else, nor would we ever want too. Her and her teams level of professionalism goes above and beyond and the bar she has set, is unprecedented.
