Bridget Potterton was fantastic! She sold my recently deceased mother's home for us for 60k over original appraisal. She helped us make some very serious financial decisions concerning the house. We trusted her professional expertise and it really paid off. Bridget used her own 3D software and virtual staging software, as well as a great photographer - no cost to us! (We talked to another realtor that wanted us to spend $3500 of our own money on a stager.) She had a great pricing strategy (that originally scared us), and helped us get 11 offers in the first 3 days of listing. She helped us decide which offer had the most potential for following through on financing ( not the highest offer). Then she worked with the bank appraiser to show him why the home was worth the final selling price, she showed the improvements we made and had the comps in her hand, she made it happen.
