I highly recommend Nancy to anyone in the LA area looking for an agent (she was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I followed up on the recommendation!). Nancy is a straight shooter, has decades of experience, and a strong code of ethics (she actually flagged to us that she thought that the home we were interested in was overpriced and our initial bid too high). In a market when many agents encourage their buyers to waive contingencies, Nancy insisted from the get go that she was unwilling to waive them. She went to bat for us with the seller’s agent, and got us thousands off of the deal (during a seller’s market, no less!).

Meg and her team are fantastic! I needed to sell a deceased relative's condo in Pasadena, CA; I live in Raleigh, NC. Meg gave me great advise on what needed to be done to best present the condo. She arranged for furniture and other items to be removed, as well as the clean-up and painting at the property. Meg and her team stayed in contact with me, so I always knew what was going on.
