Nancy Valentine

I highly recommend Nancy to anyone in the LA area looking for an agent (she was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I followed up on the recommendation!). Nancy is a straight shooter, has decades of experience, and a strong code of ethics (she actually flagged to us that she thought that the home we were interested in was overpriced and our initial bid too high). In a market when many agents encourage their buyers to waive contingencies, Nancy insisted from the get go that she was unwilling to waive them. She went to bat for us with the seller’s agent, and got us thousands off of the deal (during a seller’s market, no less!).
