Meg and her team are fantastic! I needed to sell a deceased relative's condo in Pasadena, CA; I live in Raleigh, NC. Meg gave me great advise on what needed to be done to best present the condo. She arranged for furniture and other items to be removed, as well as the clean-up and painting at the property. Meg and her team stayed in contact with me, so I always knew what was going on. We received serveral offers on the condo. Within three weeks of its going on the market, I accepted an offer for the condo that was well over the asking price. I am very grateful to have found Meg!
