Without question, Laurie Turner stands out among what seems to be an ocean-size pool of realtors vying to represent buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. Simply stated, she is truly without equal. After a careful vetting process, we engaged Laurie to list and sell our home in the Pasadena, CA area in 2025 and could not have been any more impressed with her capabilities. Laurie is intelligent, articulate, super organized, exceedingly proactive, attentive, and possesses an eye for even the most minute detail. She's also always on time, which my wife and I noticed and appreciated. As sellers, we wanted to be represented by an advocate - someone who would 'champion' our position/property, and be a highly effective negotiator. At the same time, we were in search of a realtor who would also be a consensus builder. Laurie effortlessly embodies these characteristics, which, after screening other realtors, we found to be a rarity. The deep industry knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and advocacy Laurie provided to us as sellers, from initial listing to successful close, exceeded our expectations. We are deeply grateful to Laurie for her representation and endorse her wholeheartedly to both buyers and sellers of residential properties in the greater Southern California market and beyond.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our home in South Pasadena, and that's entirely a credit to Nichole. From our very first conversation, it was clear we were working with someone who truly knows this market inside and out — the neighborhoods, the comps, the nuances that only come from years of real, on-the-ground experience. What set Nichole apart was how genuinely she invested in understanding us. Our needs and priorities evolved throughout the search — as they always do — and she never missed a beat. She asked the right questions, listened carefully, and helped us refine our thinking rather than just showing us houses. When it came time to make offers, Nichole brought real strategic thinking to each situation, recognizing that no two opportunities are the same and tailoring her approach accordingly. In a competitive market, that kind of nuanced guidance made all the difference. She was endlessly patient and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. The home-buying process can be stressful, but having Nichole as a trusted advisor made it feel manageable — even enjoyable. She was always available, always calm, and always focused on what was right for us. And the support didn't stop at closing. In the early weeks of getting settled, Nichole continued to show up — connecting us with trusted contacts, answering questions, and making sure we felt taken care of well beyond the transaction itself. That kind of follow-through is rare and meant a great deal to us. If you're buying or selling in this area, look no further than Nichole. We recommend her without hesitation.

Working with Nichole to buy our first home was a wonderful experience. She really took the time to understand us as a couple and what we were looking for, as well as opened our eyes to things we may have easily overlooked or ignored. Buying a home (especially your first) is a truly daunting and life-changing process, so working with someone you trust is absolutely essential. Nichole was thorough, quick, and super knowledgeable about our preferred areas. We had a blast getting to know her and will absolutely work with her again in the future if the opportunity arises.

From start to finish, working with Nichole was an excellent experience, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the home-buying process, especially as first-time buyers. The entire journey is incredibly overwhelming, especially with all the moving parts, deadlines, and decisions involved, but she made everything feel manageable. Nichole took the time to explain every step clearly, and made sure we understood our options before making any decisions. Nothing felt rushed or transactional, and it was clear that she cared that we felt confident & informed throughout. Always incredibly responsive and reliable with our calls, texts, and emails, Nichole never made it feel like we were left waiting or wondering what was going on. She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything moving forward within the necessary timelines, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Throughout our time working together, Nichole was patient, supportive, and authentically invested in helping us find our dream first home. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, we ended up in a home that we truly love. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - you’ll be in excellent hands. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Pam and her team were very responsive to my every need, they went above and beyond during the whole selling process. There were some bumps along the way, that they easily navigated. They were very personable, always available for showings, and knowledgeable about the quirks of the 100 year old house. Escrow was very smooth, despite the glitches caused by the fires. I highly recommend Pam and her company's expertise!
