Pam was an excellent realtor. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, so any questions that we had she was able to answer them well and she always communicated in a timely manner. This was our first home purchase, so Pam sat down and answered questions we had about the documents we were signing. When we needed to hit escrow deadlines quickly, she was able to meet them. While looking for homes, she was amazing at creating a competitive offer while making sure we were not over paying for our home.
