While looking for homes, she was amazing at creating a competitive offer while making sure we were not over paying for our home. While my house sold within two days, escrow was challenging. VA loan and a lending agent who didn’t communicate. 30 day escrow was over sixty days and was given several dates of closing escrow that failed to materialize. If not for Pam’s diligence and support, I would most likely have pulled out of escrow. Would recommend Pam to anyone looking for a great realtor.
