We clearly lacked experience in real estate sales and appreciated her extensive experience. Our experience reflected a number of ups and downs as a result of the market, Buyer response, etc.. We needed a fair amount of handholding when things seem to turn south on numerous occasions. We were hoping for more buyer interest and hoped that that might lead to a higher offer, nevertheless, we're thankful for what we received and happy to have the process come to a conclusion.
