Her main priorities were making sure we were happy and was more than willing to make any adjustments to ensure that. She provided us with someone to stage the home, a house cleaner, landscaper, handyman, a plumber, etc. Anyone and anything we needed, Reni had it covered. She's also just a lovely human being. Her kindness is only outweighed by her patience. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, which was so comforting since we were on the east coast. From start to finish, Reni is focused on her clients - all the way until the keys are handed over. We're certain that all of this resulted in us selling for thousands more than we could have had we gone with someone else.
